This is a reminder for the upcoming regional deans meetings taking place across the state. The meetings are intended for administrators with academic dean responsibilities including associate vice presidents at the state universities or provosts or directors of smaller college campuses. They will take place at the location, date, and times listed below. You can select to attend whichever meeting location is most convenient for you and only need to register for one session.
Please register by March 18, particularly for those of you attending one of the March 27 sessions, as we need to know in advance for purposes of ordering lunches and to obtain your possible suggestions for agenda items. A follow-up email will be sent to registrants with location/room information and the respective meeting agenda.

In registering, please provide feedback on the types of agenda items of most interest to you. Examples submitted by deans already were discipline meetings, collaborative academic planning, and sharing of effective practices in program review or other areas. These suggestions will drive the agenda for the day.
The system office will be supporting these meetings by providing lunches. Lynda Milne, Jon Dalager, and Todd Harmening from system office academic affairs will each be attending the meetings (they will split up to represent at each of the three locations on the two dates listed) to serve as a resource and provide possible system-wide support.
