Call for Reviewers: Innovation and Multi-Campus Collaboration Funding

Minnesota State Educational Innovations invites faculty, staff, and administrators to participate as application reviewers in this spring’s innovation and multi-campus collaboration funding round.

Innovation funding provides seed and sustaining grants for campus projects that support student, faculty, and staff innovation that show great potential for improving teaching, learning, and access for students across the 37 colleges and universities of Minnesota State. Individual awards are provided for up to $25,000.

Multi-Campus Collaboration funding supports collaborative projects between two or more Minnesota State institutions and awards are available for up to $150,000.

Reviewers will:

  • Review 5-8 innovation or multi-campus collaboration funding applications
  • Be provided a scoresheet and rubric for easy reviewing
  • Receive 3 weeks to conduct your review from Jan. 31 – Feb. 18
  • Not attend meetings. All work is conducted at a distance and at times convenient for you.

Training sessions will be offered for guidance.

Persons who are party to an innovation or multi-campus collaboration funding application are ineligible to review applications within the corresponding program.

This is a volunteer opportunity and reviewers are encouraged to seek permission from their campus or system supervisor to participate.

To become a funding reviewer, complete the online reviewer interest form by January 31, 2022.
