The NextGen Project is searching for a Training Coordinator to serve as a key member of the NextGen Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to develop a robust training program for the Workday implementation in Finance and Human Resources.
The Training Coordinator will report to the NextGen Director of Change Management (John Kearns) and will work with the NextGen Training Team to develop a Workday training program tailored to meet the specific needs of Minnesota State.
The Training Coordinator is a high-touch, high-impact position and is instrumental in creating an effective training program for Minnesota State. This role is a full-time position for a two-year term during which the selected individual will take a leave of absence from their current role. This exciting opportunity will allow you to be at the forefront of transforming Minnesota State and our student, faculty, and staff experience.
