ChatGPT and Syllabus Considerations

March 23 @ 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Free
NED: Academic Technologies

ChatGPT and other artificial Intelligence (AI) already are having an impact on teaching and learning. Maybe you have already experimented with their capabilities or are ignoring it with hopes that it will be short term and fade away (it won’t!). Regardless of your familiarity or discomfort, instructors need to consider how to address AI in your syllabi as we head into summer and fall terms.  In this webinar, you will hear from folks across the system who will provide a brief introduction to this new generation of AI tools, and then provide perspectives on syllabus considerations and point you to resources to help inform your language and inform your class policy language.
