Conversations with Colleagues: February 2022
February 15 @ 12:00 PM - 1:00 PMFree
Topic: Navigating Accommodation Referrals
Faculty support for, and attitudes toward, the use of accommodations is identified by students with disabilities as a leading factor in their academic success. Join Molly Tast, Assistant Director for the Office for Students with Disabilities at Anoka-Ramsey Community College for a conversation about making meaningful referrals that have positive impact for students and faculty. Please bring your stories, examples, ideas, and questions to share for this conversation with colleagues!
Conversations with Colleagues is a monthly platform for colleagues across Minnesota State to gather remotely to share ideas and bring questions (along with your lunch). These monthly gatherings will provide you opportunity to engage in rich conversation in both small and large groups and networking with colleagues across the state! You will also be able to add your name to a list of faculty and staff who are willing to share expertise and areas of interest with others. We have amazing innovations and work being done across the state and the goal of Conversations with Colleagues is to foster a network of support for faculty and staff across Minnesota State.
Conversations with Colleagues is hosted by faculty and staff from the Minnesota State Faculty Development Committee.
