Creating Equity Through Connection: Connecting with the system office

One element of the Guided Learning Pathways (GLP) framework is Curricular and Program Design & Delivery, which is a natural intersection with our work as Educational Developers. GLP can take many shapes, but the tenants around educational development in this space are similar – the what, why, and how. Come learn about the Minnesota State Guided Learning Pathway framework, its integral thread to the fabric of Equity 2030, system level faculty development in support of GLP and Equity 2030, and how other institutions have leveraged system resources to support this work.

Additionally, learn about the Network for Educational Development (NED) and how you can integrate & leverage these opportunities and align them to both your current offerings and institutional and system strategic priorities (i.e. GLP). Perhaps most importantly, meet other individuals who are responsible for faculty and educational development on their campuses.  We will highlight this work and provide time to network and share resources.

Audience

This series is specifically designed for individuals at Minnesota State campuses who are primarily responsible for or work in direct collaboration with those on campus who identify, develop, and lead faculty development opportunities on campus. These are the decision makers for duty days and ongoing or annual faculty development.
