The NED was established to provide educational development opportunities that are designed by Minnesota State faculty and staff for Minnesota State faculty and staff. These opportunities help build awareness, develop knowledge, skills, and abilities, and provide space for reflecting and revising.

Get a taste of the 3-week short course Humanizing Your Course. In this webinar, we’ll preview some strategies to make your online teaching more human and more engaging. Based on Michelle Pacansky-Brock’s work on instructor presence and humanizing online instruction, this webinar will showcase best practices in showing your human side in the online classroom and getting your students to show theirs too.
