MnSCU Recognized at National RightNow Awards Ceremony—MnSCU/PALS staff members Kyle Snay and Michael Anderson were recognized at RightNow Technologies’ Second Annual Public Sector Awards of Excellence. Minnesota State Colleges & Universities and Alexandria Technical College received RightNow’s Head of the Class award and were honored for delivering superior student experiences across the academic lifecycle. RightNow Technologies is a leading worldwide provider of customer relationship management software and solutions.
Kyle Snay and Michael Anderson work within the MnSCU-RightNow Support Center, which is managed by PALS. They provide implementation, administrator, and support-based services to the nearly 50 RightNow sites across MnSCU. Alexandria Technical College uses RightNow to facilitate all student communications including recruitment, retention, and support services. Kyle Snay, Administrator for the MnSCU-RightNow Support Center, commented, “With over 140 higher education institutions across the globe using RightNow, receiving this award is nice recognition for the work and services we provide.”
