I’m pleased to report that the transition of the system-wide D2L Help desk has been fully made to the MnSCU IT Service Desk, as of July 1st. The Service Desk will provide Level 1 and Level 2 assistance. Referrals back to campus site admins for local resolution and/or escalation to level 3 (the system site admins) will occur in the identical fashion it did prior to the cutover. And remember, user login credentials and the login page (https://d2l.custhelp.com/) remain the same.

Please note the hours and telephone number of the Service Desk as follows:
- Sundays through Thursdays: 7:30 AM to 11:30 PM CDT/CST
- Fridays: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM CDT/CST
- Saturdays: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM CDT/CST
The new telephone number is 1-877-GO MNSCU (1-877-466-6728). We have notified CSAs, campus webmasters, CIOs, and campus IT help desks of this change. If you notice that the change has not yet been made, feel free to let me know so I can send a reminder message.111
