Notes from today’s CAO/CSAO Conference Call:
All but 5 project profiles received (remaining ones on extended deadline). Full text of all can be read online (“Browse Responses” at http://bit.ly/T8TksR.)Target split of funds: $300K extraordinary ed, $200K workforce. Target approximately met. We adjusted categorization of some projects. Most of the workforce development projects also had strong elements supporting extraordinary education goals.None to be rejected or asked for rewrite; we will send a formal approval letter, some with comments and suggestions to ensure that outcomes will provide evidence for support of the strategic framework.Funds to be distributed via the budget allocation process this month. (Profiles for those on extended deadline need to be in by 12/14/12 to make the processing cut.)
