Conversations with Colleagues: Navigating Accommodation Referrals

February 15, 2022

12:00 – 1:00 p.m.

Join the February Conversations with Colleagues where the topic is “Navigating Accommodation Referrals,” with guest Molly Tast, Assistant Director for the Office for Students with Disabilities at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.

Faculty support for, and attitudes toward, the use of accommodations is identified by students with disabilities as a leading factor in their academic success. This hour-long session provides a space for a conversation about making meaningful referrals that have positive impact for students and faculty.

Please bring your stories, examples, ideas, and questions to share for this conversation with colleagues!

Conversations with Colleagues is a monthly platform for colleagues across Minnesota State to gather remotely to share ideas and bring questions (along with your lunch). These gatherings provide you the opportunity to engage in rich conversation in both small and large groups and networking with colleagues across the state!

Conversations with Colleagues is hosted by faculty and staff from the Minnesota State Faculty Development Committee.

Register for the remaining scheduled Conversations with Colleagues this academic year.
