Leading Change in the Post-Pandemic Era:
Equity, Digital Transformation, and the Next Normal

Join us for this year’s virtual ASA Fall Conference as we focus on leading for change in an increasingly complex higher education landscape. Even as Minnesota State emerges from pandemic operations, ASA leaders continue face to unprecedented challenges and opportunities as we work to advance Equity 2030: a changed higher education workplace, historic investment from the legislature, and the implementation of a student information system, to name just a few. This year’s fall conference is designed to provide additional knowledge, tools, and strategies needed to navigate change, embrace digital transformation, lead for equity, and adapt to the demands of the post-pandemic workplace.

This conference serves as an opportunity for ASA administrators across the system to come together to learn and to share innovative approaches to leading for change.
