Strengthen Your Teaching with Learning Science

This year the NED theme is deep learning. Deep learning invites us to think beyond content coverage and consider how students make meaning, apply knowledge, and develop lasting understanding. Learn more about the theme in the FY26 NED Course Catalog.

To support that work, Minnesota State faculty can take advantage of two free NED Partnership workshops, offered through Quality Matters (QM) and the Online Learning Consortium (OLC)

Whether you’re interested in connecting learning theories to your teaching strategies or applying insights from the neuro, cognitive, and learning sciences to course design, these workshops will help you make intentional decisions that support deeper student learning.
