Make Just One Change: Teach Students to Ask Their Own Questions

The Question Formulation Technique (QFT) is a step-by-step process designed to facilitate the asking of many questions, taking students through the process of thinking deeply about their questions, refining them and prioritizing their use. As students go through the QFT process, they practice three important thinking abilities: divergent thinking, convergent thinking and metacognition. This webinar will introduce the QFT technique and participants will be explore ways to use the QFT technique in their unique disciplines.
