The Complicated History of Latinx/Latine Students and Schooling (Webinar)

Description

We will use empathy to understand the impact of the many conditions that have resulted in the miseducation of Latinx/Latine students. In addition, participants will learn about the multiple ways that the Latinx/Latine community has/continue to  resist their unequal treatment and the resiliency that they have shown on the journey towards higher education. By learning how racist systems affect our students, participants will begin to develop an antiracist mindset to better server Latinx/Latine students.
