OER Learning Circles
Collaborate via facilitated weekly meetings and a D2L Brightspace Course with other Minnesota State faculty who are committed to redesigning courses around OER or creating OER materials to help eliminate textbook costs. The equivalent of .5 RCE is available to participating faculty.

Open Education Network Webinars
Open Education Network Webinars introduce OER, creative commons licensing, and the work with the Open Textbook Library. Minnesota State faculty and staff participating in these webinars may review an open textbook in the Open Textbook Library and receive a $200 stipend once the review is completed.

Librarian Workshop Days
Academic librarians are critical partners in efforts to provide OER for students and faculty. Librarians are invited to come together virtually to network with colleagues, learn more about OER efforts across the system, and identify how librarians can be leader.

OER Community Conversations
Open Educational Resource (OER) Community Conversations are open forum conversations for all to share, discuss, and learn from colleagues in the Minnesota State OER community. Hosted by Karen Pikula, the OER Faculty Development Coordinator, these conversations are virtual, hour-long meetings held twice per semester and feature a guest speaker on a topic of interest.
